ICTDirect has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm
commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and
dissemination practices for this Web site.
Our site's application forms require users to give us contact information
(e.g., their name and email address). We use customer contact information from
the registration form to begin the account application process. If an account
is opened for the merchant, the merchant's information is maintained in hard
copy form in secure files and in our secure customer database. If the account
is not opened for any reason, the merchant information is maintained in hard
copy form for a limited period of time before being shredded and discarded.
We will not share information with other reputable organizations unless the customer has given us their consent with a clear notice that their information will be shared. Information that we have permission to share may be sold to other reputable organizations.
This site contains links to other sites of companies that provide related
services that enable ICTDirect clients to use ICTDirect services, such as Internet
Service Providers, software development companies and Sponsoring Banks. ICTDirect
is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites.
ICTDirect does not share merchant information with these partners except in
the normal course of business when t is necessary for the two compaies to establish
the service desired by the merchant. However, the information exchanged is
used only for the establishment of that service and for absolutely no other
reason.
Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration
of the information under our controll. A state-of-the-art firewall separates
our Web pages and Web data from unauthorized access. The credit card information
provided in the course of on-line transactions between our merchant clients
and their customers is received from and transmitted to our merchants' secure
servers from our secure server. All transaction data is encrypted using 128
bit SSL encrption, except for those transactions which originate from outside
the United States, which are encrypted using 40 bit SSl encryption.

This site gives users the following options for changing and modifying information
